Have any studies been done on 2C-T-7 neurotoxicity?
Q: |
I have looked around the vaults and cannot fully determine whether any real studies have been done as to whether 2C-T-7 is neurotoxic. If yes, can you provide a link?

No, unfortunately. So far no formal scientific studies have ever been done on 2C-T-7. Three different informal studies have been done, but these have only consisted of asking users to fill out surveys on the subjective effects. The first of these was done by Myron Stolaroff and Charles Wells in 1993. The second was done by Casey Hardison and was published in the Summer 2000 issue of the MAPS Bulletin. The third and largest was done by Murple (with help from Erowid) and the results of this will be published in a forthcoming paper on 2C-T-7 and 2C-T-2, although some early preliminary results have already been published on Erowid. As of yet, nobody has performed any toxicology tests, receptor binding tests, or metabolite assays. Hopefully this will change in the near future. |
