Being a depressant, GHB lowers inhibitions and loosens people up to be more communicative. Though posing a danger for date rape, this can help consensual couples engage in more rewarding sexual activity. Along with such psychological effects come various reported physical ones. Men report more delayed and enhanced orgasms with an apparent increase in ejaculation amount or intensity. Women also report delayed and enhanced orgasms, however in higher doses or more sensitive subjects, it can make orgasm difficult to achieve. Both sexes report tactile enhancements (sense of touch). For some people, however, GHB's primary sexual effects is it's disinhibition, while other effects are simply amplified by this. Be aware of safety precautions and ensure both parties are consensual before engaging in any sexual activity under the influence of a psychoactive substance.
