Could you tell me of any death reports on the following substances: 2C-T-7, 2C-T-2, DIPT, 5-MeO-DIPT, DPT and 1,4-Butanediol?

There have been several deaths associated with 2C-T-7, which are summarized here. Although initially the first death was thought to have been caused by choking on vomit, it now appears that there may be some direct harmful effect caused by 2C-T-7. Unfortunately we know very little about this drug. In normal doses, 2C-T-7 seems to be relatively safe. For more, see Sulfurous Samadhi.
No deaths have been reported for 2C-T-2, DIPT, 5-MeO-DIPT, or DPT. Of these 4 drugs, only DPT has been scientifically studied to any significant degree. The risk of death from taking these is probably low at normal dosages, like drugs they are related to, but there are no guarantees. Idiosyncratic negative reactions can happen to anyone.
As far as 1,4-butanediol, there is an unconfirmed report of a death during some scientific research, but no details are available and this may be untrue. We know of no documented deaths from this drug, but it certainly can kill in high enough doses, or if combined with alcohol or other CNS depressants. There also is some evidence of significant side effects from 1,4-butanediol and the possibility exists that it could cause significant damage to the body if used regularly.
14b is also quite likely to be just as dangerous as GHB and should be treated accordingly. Users should be extremely careful about dose and frequency of use. |
