Is 2C-T-7 illegal in Holland? and What's in Herbal Ecstasy?

In fact, I have several questions :
1) Why smart shops in the Netherlands can sell 2c-t-7, ephedra, etc because those substances are banned (i think) in that country. I would like to know if (for exemple) 2-c-t-7 pills are made in legal or illegal laboratory?
2) What is exactly Herbal-xtc? is it high concentration of caffeine? |

2C-T-7 is not currently illegal in Holland. It is produced by legitimate labs and sold openly in smart shops. There's a history in the Netherlands of new chemicals becoming available and then becoming controlled (banned) within a short period of time. There's some reason to think this might hold true with 2C-T-7, possibly resulting in it's being banned within a year or two.
We haven't looked in to the legal status of Ephedra, but I would be surprised if the plant was banned. It's possible that ephedrine, one of the active constituent chemicals in Ephedra, is controlled...but at this point we can't give any definitive answer to that part of the question.
Herbal Ecstasy type products vary in components from brand to brand. The primary ingredient in most varieties is ephedrine, approx 10-12 mg per tablet. Other ingredients can include Ephedra, Guarana, Ginseng, Gingko Biloba, Kola Nut, Gotu Kola, Green Tea, and others.
