How do I reference Erowid in a bibliography?

I wanted to use some of the information on your page for an informative speech (paper, presentation, etc). I need to be able to reference a name and not a website address.

CITATIONS
The proper form of citation for an article found on Erowid is a standard web citation, which should be described by any recent book on citations.
In general, the citation form depends on the type of article, but looks something like:
Author Last Name, Author First Name. "Title of Article", website name,
date of publication (or date of visit if no date on document);
http://site.org/document/url
Allen, John W. "Safe Pik Mushroom Identification Guide", Erowid.org,
March 20, 2000; http://www.erowid.org/plants/mushrooms/safe-pik/safe-pik.shtml
Authorship information for most articles on Erowid can be found at the top of the page. Additional information about the source of documents can also often be found in the lower right hand corner of the page. Many articles have been written and posted anonymously...these should be referenced as 'Anonymous' in place of the author's name.
Articles which are labelled as having been written 'by Erowid' are collaborative works by the editors and volunteers at Erowid. These should be cited as any book by an organization or corporation.
