If the Belladonna came in the form of pellets, it is probably a homeopathic preparation. Homeopathic remedies are often packaged as small cylinders of sugar pellets imbibed with infinitesimally small amounts of the active compound.
It's pretty difficult from your description to be sure that what you have is the homeopathic variety. If it is homeopathic, there is little chance that enough active compound is present in a tube of pellets to produce visions. This is in no way a recommendation to take large amounts of belladonna. Homeopathic medicines are intended to be taken in very small amounts. If it's not homeopathic beladonna, or if there is some other ingredient in the pellets, it could potentially be a problem to take a large amount.
