What is in a tablet marked with "M || 1721"?
Q: White, oval tablets, 1 side has an "M" with a square around it, The other side has the numbers "1721". There is no listing @ poison control or rxlist. Do you have any idea what they may be?
A: According to the Ident-a-drug Referenence, a white oval tablet with an "M" on one side and "1721" on the other contains 100 mg Propoxyphene Napsylate and 650 mg Acetaminophen.



Propoxyphene Napsylate is a synthetic opioid used in the relief of pain. It is in schedule IV in the United States, making it illegal to buy, sell, or possess without a prescription.
