What is in a tablet marked with "b973 || 20"?
Q: |
I have an orange, oval tablet which I was told was some form of amphetamine, but I don't recognize it as any dosage of adderall or dexedrine. On one side there is a lower-case "b" or "6" (but probably "b", and below that are the numbers "973." On the reverse side, there is a "20" with a score line separating the two and the zero. I have been unable to find information at rxlist.com, mypillbox.com etc. Please help! |

According to the Ident-a-Drug Reference and the Barr Pharmaceutical website a "peach" oval tablet with "b973" on one side and "20" on the other contains a total of 20 mg of a mix of Dextroamphetamine Saccharate, Amphetamine Aspartate, Dextroamphetamine Sulfate, and Amphetamine Sulfate. It is produced by Barr pharmaceutical. This is the same combination of amphetamines that is contained in Adderall. |
