5-MeO-DMT is not one of the "SAMHSA-5", the five drugs tested for in U.S. government-approved basic drug tests. 5-MeO-DMT is also not tested for in typical extended drug tests. In fact, we are not aware of any drug tests that would show 5-MeO-DMT usage. It is not chemically similar to any of the drugs tested for, so should not trigger the tests as another substance.
