POSITIVE
- increased giggling and laughing
- mood lift, euphoria, exhilaration
- sound distortion
- dream-like state
- minor to strong hallucinations & visualizations
NEUTRAL
- reduction of external stimuli
- clumsiness, loss of dexterity, loss of balance
- analgesia
- 'buzzing' sensation in perhipheral nerves
NEGATIVE
- nausea (especially if combined with alcohol or used for long periods)
- headaches are not uncommon as effects recede (especially when used without oxygen)
- reduction of vitamin B12 levels in the body, especially with regular use
- numbness in extremities (fingers, nose, lips) with heavy, regular use, see Nitrous Health
