For this trip I was using the last of my 4-HO-MET and 4-HO-MiPT with a friend. I had experience with both of these chemicals and was taking smaller doses than previously so knew that this would be a safe experience. No significant preparations were done before this trip, it was a spontaneous (slightly drunk) decision. I had drank about 3 or 4 pints worth of strong cider before deciding to trip and had eaten a large lunch.
The chemicals could both be described as white fluffy powder.

Setting:
In my flat with friend A, also taking the same chemicals, the whole time listening to music.

Outcome/Experiences:
8.25pm Take about 20mg 4-HO-MET and 10mg 4-HO-MiPT orally
9pm music is awesome, shaking hands and quite restless
lots of butterflies
9.15 getting shivers, lots of butterflies, stoned feeling
friend A notes taste enhancement

9.50 full field of vision visuals, lots of euphoria
things are funnier, little short term memory
10.05 things are immensely funnier

10.50 * This is the last thing I wrote during the trip but didn't add any actual note, it looks like I have gone to write how we were feeling at 10.50 but probably got distracted and forgot to write anything.

The main feeling throughout this trip was a sense of fun and no worrying. The visual aspect of this trip was the least intense I've experienced and it was mainly about the company. We both felt amazingly relaxed and could hardly move during the peak, we just sat an laughed, at one point repeating a song multiple times because it sounded so funny. The effects came in waves but they were completely comfortable and relaxing, not forceful but peaceful waves of intensity. Sometimes when these waves were out of sync for me and friend A we would be having a semi-serious discussion, usually reminiscing about life during this trip, one of us would become distracted by visuals or just not being able to pay full attention to each other, and one of us would ask the one tripping balls a question and when they were unable to answer we would both find it hilarious. There was no hint of resentment, it was pure comedy, we both understood we were just tripping and finding it hard to concentrate and it was completely ok. There were never worries about being judged or condemned for not listening intently, it was an unwritten rule that when we fuck up it was funny, not a dick move.

This was the least visually intense trip I experienced although visuals were still apparent throughout. The main focus of this trip was that everything was funny, music sounded better as it usually does and we felt extremely stoned and relaxed. We spent most of the trip sitting on the couch listening to music and talking about random things including philosophy and serious things but the tone was always fun and light hearted.

The trip effects eventually faded out and it felt like completely back to normal sober, maybe a little more tired than usual and we went to sleep happy.

After Effects:
No noticeable after effects apart from the usual tiredness the following day.

Conclusion:
This was the most fun trip I've had with no negative effects and no negative after effects. I would like to try this combination of chemicals again without drinking and while drinking to see whether drinking during the day a few hours before tripping had effected this trip as it was hard to tell- I felt sober before tripping but I can't be sure whether it effected this combination because I had only been sober for about an hour. I can tell either way that the trip with and without would be a great experience from my experience this time and from taking these chemicals previously.
