At 7:00 pm I took thirty pills of an anxiety/mood herbal supplement containing only kava kava. Three pills of this was equivalent to 223 mg kavalactones. I took the first thirty within five minutes. About half hour later I felt very relaxed, but not euphoric in any way. I waited until eleven thirty to take the remaining 27, all within a few minutes of each other. After thirty minutes I decided to lay in bed and listen to some music. This was at midnight. At about one oclock am, I decided to try and get some sleep.

About two am I woke up, feeling quite euphoric, very dizzy, and mildly nauseous. It felt comparable to chugging a small bottle of wine, because I was stumbling a little bit when I went to the bathroom. Not uncontrollably so, but noticably so.

I've had a bit of experience with psychoactive substances: (in order from most experience to least) alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, spice, oxycodone, hydrocodone, codeine, methadone, morphine, amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, ritalin, kratom, lsd, lsa, and now kava kava.

I'd liken this feeling to a small bottle of wine, chugging it within five minutes so that I have an onset of nausea that doesnt go away. This, plus a body buzz similar to an opiate tingle, or a strong marijuana body buzz.

The worst part is the nauseous feeling. It seems to he alleviated with some water, but not that much.

I woke up at two am. Afterwards, when I noticed a very profound euphoria, I decided to bmasturbate, as I always do when I'm trying our a new substance. I found the climax was amazing. Very similar in strength to a marijuana climax, though not as long.

Anyhow, I work at five thirty am, and getting to work was a little harrowing. I had no idea the effects would last this long, and it affected my driving a bit. (I definately DO NOT recommend driving on this...). But I got to work okay, and now I still feel nauseous but the body buzz and euphoria are still pronounced. It is six thirty am at the time I'm writing this. Kava kava acts for a decent amount of time, and the next time I do it I will be sure to give myself more time...
