Experience - more substances than I care to mention but not many tryptamines, only 5-MeO-DALT and whatever's in mushrooms before this. I am not on any meds.

Set and setting - I'm home, I'm happy, I've had a couple of beers. Let's give this a try...

Confidence - I'm pretty sure this wasn't just 5-MeO-DALT in a different packet for more money, but you never know these days. Marquis results for this, aMT and 5-MeO-DALT were indistinguishable and other tests were not available.

T minus 2 weeks and 48 hours, ~1mg allergy test. No reaction.

T+0.0 A little drunk. Not a lot but some. Decide as 5-MeO-DALT was benign let's try some 4-AcO-DALT. Look up what references I can and decide ~40mg is appropriate. Measure out 20mg and vape.

T+0.5 minutes Measure and vape another 20mg.

T+45 minutes - The rain outside sounds wonderful. Not significantly different from 5-MeO-DALT so far but some visual distortions. The worms can't get me because they're on the curtains*.

T+55 minutes Happy. Shiny. Sticking my tongue out is much fun. I haven't done that in ages. The world is beautiful, even just the small area around me lit by the bedside light. Mouth tastes like salvia for no reason. Euphoria.

T+65 minutes - This is like 5-MeO-DALT in that it hits the brain more than the eyes but it does look pretty out of the window..... (sidenote, mild nausea due probably to earlier alcohol consumption)

T+75 minutes - stared out of window. Night sky. It's cool on the other side.

T+90 minutes - CEV. OEV not really apparent. So much more euphoric than 5-MeO-DALT. CEV melting and morphing but goes away when eyes are opened

T+100 minutes - euphoria still present. Watching 'acid warp' (old-skool non-reactive visualisation type program) and listening to electro-industrial music. Need more indigestion tablets. It's good but definitely coming back to base now. Going to play computer games and then pass out.

Footnote -
I'm not sure exactly what happened between 0 and 45 minutes. As it was vaped, effects came on almost immediately. If I recall correctly they built up for about 15 minutes before hitting the main plateau, which lasted somewhere over an hour.

No bad effects noticed the next day.

Summary - fun little tryptamine, mild psychedelic headspace, minor visuals but not overpowering for me at this dose. Up fast and back to base in a couple of hours when vaped. OEV restricted to minor melting/warping/glowing IIRC. Nausea was minimal.

(*the worms are the texture on my curtains :)
