3 g oral Smarts - Phenibut
  T+ 4:00 8 glasses oral Alcohol - Beer/Wine
BODY WEIGHT: 170 lb
I have used phenibut a few times to assess its effects, so a night before drinking I decided to take 3 grams, which I ingested 4 hours prior to drinking. My friend did the same. For me, personally, it takes about 4 hours to feel the full effects. After 2 hours I felt my anxiety begin to fade with a general sense of well-being, and the feeling grew stronger as time passed. I began drinking 4 hours after taking the Phenibut, consuming 8 beers over a few hours.

After 8 beers I felt more intoxicated than I normally do with this amount. I am not a dancer at all, and the only times I have ever really danced were when I was blackout drunk or on MDMA. Listening to electronic dance music, me and my friend were enjoying dancing to it. It wasn't like MDMA that basically forces me to dance, but instead it allowed me to dance when I otherwise wouldn't have wanted or been able to. At this point my roommates came home from the bar with several people and we chilled with them for a few hours and I felt more relaxed and social than I would have if I had just consumed alcohol.

The next day I still felt the effects which faded about 24 hours after taking the Phenibut. It was a very pleasant experience.
