Short Term Exp with Dexmethylphenidate

There is hardly any user data on this and so I decided to contribute:

Focalin - 10mg
1:52 pm --- Taken about 3 mg w/ H2O, no effects (very quiet friends leave for groceries)
2:02 pm --- slight, minor heartburn (behind right pec. maj.)/ no effects
2:17 pm --- heartburn gone; no effect
2:23 pm --- no effect
2:27 pm --- took another ~1mg w/ H2O
2:35 pm --- no effect, friend noise returns; need_headphones
2:41 pm --- music initiated, no effect noted
2:52 pm --- no effect
3:00 pm --- no effect/ took about 2 mg more (a quarter remains)
3:23 pm --- no effect/ eating a yogurt/ stopped listening to music
3:37 pm --- no effect/ eating a cheesestick
3:39 pm --- Grace watches madman; Maggie complains: headphones_re-engaged
3:53 pm --- feeling very minor effects?/ much more focused on studying
3:54 pm --- feels clean, no euphoria really; going to throw away garbage
3:57 pm --- more pronounced effect, very subtle-clean (<3 rate = 88 bpm)
4:14 pm --- feeling focused, no side effects noted at this point (<3 rate = 90 bpm)
4:28 pm --- no effects
5:08 pm --- feeling pretty normal; environment pretty hot fan_on
5:11 pm --- walked around /don't know if it is really working/
5:12 pm --- Grace watching some t.v. show/Maggie doing jobwork
5:14 pm --- <3 rate = 84 bpm again, took a bit of a break, pet rabbit
5:22 pm --- asked E about her exp with it, compared with Ritalin (done once)
5:23 pm --- more noise outside, don't really care for it music_on
5:32 pm --- urination
5:34 pm --- effects noted, focus definetly increased
5:35 pm --- some euphoria gained, still noisy outside; music_on
6:12 pm --- no real effects noted again, heart rate normal

hard to notice the effects of this
Much cleaner than ritalin; no noticeable side effects
