Let me start by giving some background information about myself. For the past 6 years, I've experimented with several types of drugs, such as opiates, benzos, lsd, mdma, methamphetamines etc. Over the last 4 months I've been using opiates just about every day, more specifically heroin. I never have and never will stick a needle in my arm, so insufflation is my route of choice. Its got to the point where I spend anywhere from $40 to $100 a day, and my tolerance to opiates is quite high.

Aside from drugs, I keep myself in great shape. I run several miles at least 4 days a week, and I hit the gym just as often if not more. Eating habits are almost always healthy; fast/fatty foods gross me out beyond belief. I work full time and live a comfortable life, with many goals and aspirations that'll probably bore you all half to death.

So, back to the drugs! Today I was training a new guy at work on his first day. We had several discussions, and at one point we were talking about partying and what not. Turns out the new guy, Andy, is a recovering addict. He told me he used to shoot oxys, dope, and coke, and would spend well over $1500 a week to feed his addiction. He's been clean now for 8 months, and has a prescription for Suboxone. I told him about my habit and he offered me one for free, so of course I accepted.

Once I got home, I showered then laid in bed and stared at the package. I contemplated whether or not to try it, knowing that the Narcan in the strip would prevent me from getting high on heroin for at least a day or 2. But my curiosity got the best of me and I opened the package.

The Suboxone looked like a mini, orange Listerine strip. Since I've heard that subs can be quite powerful, I decided to cut it in half (4mg), and took it sublingually. Once it was completely dissolved, I kept my spit under my tongue for a few minutes so I didn't waste any, then spit it out (a lot of people complain about being nauseous after taking Suboxone, and I'm almost positive it's because they ingested some of it).

After about 30 minutes, I felt relaxed and my mood was slightly euphoric but I was really disappointed. Not only was I not high, but now I couldn't even do heroin because it would be a waste. So I came up with a new, interesting idea.

I cut the 4mg strip up into very tiny pieces, and carefully rolled each piece into little balls. I then poured a bit of water into the bottle cap and snorted it to wet my nostril. Then I took a straw and snorted.......yes SNORTED, my tiny Suboxone balls, and followed it up by snorting more water to assist in the dissolving of the sub. I kept my head tilted up for a little bit to make sure it didn't fall out.

10 minutes later I was extremely euphoric and so relaxed. Music sounded amazing, and conversation was beautiful. I felt so alert and energetic, something I've never felt from any opiate. Subtle is the perfect word... it's almost as if the high was running in the background of my mind. I could concentrate on everything and it wasn't overpowering. Best of all there was absolutely no nod (I hate nodding). Now 3 hours later as I'm writing this, I'm STILL feeling great.

Keep in mind, I have a high tolerance to opiates. 8mg is a VERY large dose of Suboxone, ESPECIALLY for someone with no to little tolerance. Moderation is ALWAYS key :)

Anyway, for a free high, I'm quite satisfied. Insufflation was absolutely the way to go :)
