This retrospective report details two combinations involving DXM. Both combinations had the feeling of something that wasn't completely safe, though I wouldn't be even slightly worried about adverse health reactions at the doses I took. Both combinations were also quite a lot more potent than DXM alone.

The first combination was DXM (200mg), Syrian Rue (0.5 or 1g), and Marijuanna (edible). The stated dosages might be incorrect since I did this somewhere between five and ten years ago. I honestly loved this combination. Syrian rue by itself is gently and nauseatingly psychedelic, causing sensations of things like having roots grow out of my feet. DXM and Syrian Rue together was powerfully psychedelic and powerfully dissociative. I loved it. I wrote crazy and annoying poem/memes on paper, tripped out, and other stuff. I honestly don't remember that night completely clearly - it was around 5 years ago, and it was very brown and trippy. Far out. I tried to convince a large amount of other people to take the same combination. In retrospect my heart felt a tiny bit stuttery. Not alarmingly so, but like it wasn't running on quite it's normal rhythm. I decided at the time that all those warnings about the combination were most likely to prevent people quite a long time ago from accidentally tripping the hell out.

The next combination came across as quite a bit more dangerous. Since it was done much more recently, I'm sure the dosages are accurite. I took DXM (50mg <--- not a typo), 3-meo-PCP (20mg), and Marijuanna (edible). The resulting combination was like DXM with visuals that were unlike either drug. It also made my heart go rather uncomfortably fast, with a feeling that it was a running a bit out of control. There's a chance I may have mis-perceived my own heart rate. I was amazed that such a small dose of DXM was so powerfully potentiated. By itself, 3-meo-PCP is not very dissociative at all , and I can take it at a nightclub without coming across as too weird or wasted. This time however, I was floored, staggering about. I would guess that it was the dissociative equivalent to taking around 400mg+ of DXM, but much more dangerous feeling. I had really interesting closed eye visuals, things like small planetoids, possibly with around an acre of surface area, shrouded by clouds, rivers, and waterfalls. I was really too wasted to open my eyes that much. I really didn't do anything interesting, I just staggered around and eventually (fairly quickly) went to bed.

I might do DXM and Syrian rue together again, cautiously. I will not do the same for DXM and 3-meo-PCP.
