DOSE:
375 mg oral Pharms - Bupropion (daily)
1 slice oral Cannabis (edible / food)
BODY WEIGHT: 170 lb
I have been taking buproprion for about a year now and for a majority of that time, I have been taking 375mg daily. I have not had experience with other psychoactive drugs aside from cannabis. Having said that, I only started using cannabis (mainly eaten) just now in this past month.

My previous experiences with cannabis were each unique experiences for me including the following: using a vaporizer, eating a piece of chocolate, eating a piece of brownie, drinking mango juice, and eating a piece of a candy.

The effects that I had may be from the cannabis alone because I have only ever tried cannabis after already taking buproprion for this whole time.

I have not had any sort of delusional experience while taking the buproprion and I will add that I haven't had almost any noticeable side effects in general with it.

The cannabis effects from the first times of use were relaxing and I felt like I was 'normal' again in the sense that my mind felt at ease. It was like having my mind cleared out and my body was no longer tense.

However, the most recent experiences of consuming cannabis [candy] while taking buproprion have been nothing short of hallucinogenic, audiovisual distorted trips. There was a constant sense of time feeling like it was speeding up and slowing down in an oscillatory manner. Every concept that had come to mind, even abstract concepts, were visualized in shapes, lines, and unrelated objects. I could not discern the reality from what I was imagining was going on around me. I kept feeling like I was losing consciousness and returning to the present moment. Consequently, I became increasingly frustrated and overwhelmed.

I know I am a visual learner and attribute the visual distortions to heightened visual cortex activity (though I do not know why that occurred in the first place).

Overall, this has made cannabis consumption seem much less attractive as long as I am taking buproprion.
