When I arrived in Bahrain (an island off the coast of Saudi Arabia) I was horrified to discover that first, there was no weed, and second, there was no ecstasy. These were two drugs which I enjoy very much, and used to get for very cheap prices (free weed and $5 for rolls).

I was desperate for something, so I did some research and found dramamine, an over the counter drug that I could get here, so I bought some and tried it. My first experience wasn't special, I just fell asleep. I only took 5 pills to make sure I wasn't allergic. A few nights later I was with a friend, Nate, and there was a relaxing house party with a few people so we decided to drop some dram. Nate had never taken anything more than weed before, and the farthest I've gone was ecstasy and lsd (but at least I was somewhat prepared for hallucinations). So we took 20 pills each and some ephedrine to help keep things clear, which was pretty brave for the both of us to do. After taking it, I remember just waiting around, then I found a beer and began to drink it. We were watching TV and I remember getting some energy, which was probably a result of the ephedrine. I couldnt sit anymore, and tried to stand up and felt an incredible weight on my body. I managed to get up and walk outside, and as I was looking at the wall, I saw hundreds of spiders running up the wall in a line similar to what ants make. I told a sober friend to come look but they couldnt understand what I was saying. They kept asking me 'what? You're mumbling!' SO I easily forgot it and just went back inside. Then I saw my Nate who was walking around looking for a spoon and a bowl but he wouldnt tell me why. I sat down on the couch, and then I felt my eyes getting very jittery. I looked over to my right and I saw this chick giving another guy a blowjob, and I looked away and told them to get a room, then I turned around and they were gone. I think I was trippin because I never saw those two people again. I also noticed it was getting very hard to speak.

About an hour and a half had passed, and my friend who was also trippin walked in and told me he had to go home to get some money from his parents, and I agreed and we got in the car and left. I dont really remember the trip there, but I certainly remember when we got to his house. It was really dark, we opened the gate and walked in, then his parents were standing in the hallway. Nathan was talking to them and I started petting the dog to look normal, because I could tell I was really fucked. Then they said we look drunk and I tried to make a joke out of it but ended up just mumbling random words. They just looked at me, and then his dad said 'Is he on drugs?' and then I just ran into his bathroom and waited for him to come back and get me when he was ready.eventually did, and we left, and I kept apologizing to him when we got back and he kept asking me 'for what?'.

SO I went back on the couch and then I was in a dreamy state, I saw another friend come in and I shook his hand, only later to realize it was a hallucination. Then I started to see monkeys running across the walls and jumping at me then disappearing right before they hit me. Then a computer appeared in front of me and I realized I was hallucinating, but what was weird was that I could control it. I could make the computer float around and I could spin it around and do all sorts of things with it. It was actually pretty fun.

There were so many weird experiences I had I could go on all night. One funny thing was the next morning I apologized to my friend again for screwing up in front of his parents, and he informed me that we never went to his house. That whole experience was a hallucination, that I had for about 20 minutes while I was awake. My friend apparently was walking around completely naked and then he put on some girls clothes because he was cold. It was a really fucked up night. Personally, I enjoyed it but it is very harsh both physically and mentally.
