DOSE: |
200 mg | oral | Pharms - Sertraline | (daily) |
BODY WEIGHT: | 125 lb |
I started taking zoloft 50mg for 1 week, increased to 100mg for 2 weeks, then increased to 150mg for two weeks, then increased to 200mg and remained at that dose for 4 weeks. Initially I felt subtle cognitive changes, a slight cloudiness of my sensorium but nothing impairing. I had diarrhea for the first two weeks but it wasn't too bad. Then by week 3 I started feeling like I had more energy. I actually woke up feeling refreshed for the first time in a long time. Coffee didn't really work anymore but I still drank it. I found myself able to stay focused on reading articles for work better. I was in a better mood in general.
Nothing drastic but noticeable to me. I don't think anyone else noticed a change. After another two weeks, my mood kinda dipped a little bit but remained good.
