To start, time was not very well recognised. But time would not really be a concept in this experience.

(13:20) Woke up, did mundane tasks to get money, so I sold my banjo, nothing to do with the trip but that’s the start of the day.

(19:00) - (21:30) Drink a bottle of knock-off white wine aperitif or something along the line with my partner and her ex-boyfriend and his mum and friend, who were all lovely. Had a good time and left on a positive note. Feeling good and content.

(22:00) Back to where we live, sit around friends for a bit and drink another bottle of wine. Feeling good on my way out.

(23:30) Literally on the way out decide to buy a 1/2g of ketamine (good quality for the people in the UK). Leave a decent line with my partner because we both appreciate a good bedtime K trip.

(23:45) Ingest 90-100mg (possibly over due to cheap scales) and insuffulate 200mg Ketamine. Initial effects from the ketamine begin and are very enjoyable and positive anticipation for the Ephenidine.

(24:35) Very calm and mellow interaction from both substances, feeling very positive and relaxed and decided that the subtle yet sublime combination should be shared probably because of the positive vibe.

As with any dissociative time has flew by and it is now (05:48) and I feel like I have just told an epic story, but I have a good feeling this will last and live on into the next day and hopefully more.

I have ingested Ephenidine whilst in a bad place and it was very uncomfortable, so all I can really say is only to experiment when the vibe feels very positive.

When using Ephenidine I have found that Ketamine has a less effect the next day, but together they work wonders, but please be careful with the dosage, as it can be a little bit unpredictable.
