It came on blotter paper, dosed at 1mg a hit.
10:10 PM: I tore off a little less than half a tab as threshold test.
10:35 PM: I feel the physical relaxation effect smoothly kicking in.
10:55 PM: Now there is a slight mental relaxation as well.
11:00 PM: This is what I expected the threshold effects to feel like and since I read the threshold dose to be between .25mg and .5mg, I assume my blotter is dosed accurately and take the rest of my hit.
11:20 PM: I start to smoke a small bowl of weed. I notice it only takes two or three hits before I feel fully stoned. My tolerance is a little low from not smoking much lately, but I know at least part of this is due to the Etiz.
11:25 PM: I quit the bowl half way through and go to the bathroom. I notice that, while I feel like I'm at a 7/10 on the stoned spectrum, I'm clear-eyed and look sober. Now I know for sure the good high I'm feeling is 50/50 the weed and the Etizolam.
11:55 PM: I feel really good. I would equate the feeling to like 3 or 4 beers and a nice little blunt, but all I've had is the 1mg Etizolam and half a bowl. I put on the Lego Batman Movie.
Midnight: Munchies. 2 slices of Pizza. I feel like this might have accelerated the digestion of whatever remaining drug was in my stomach, because the night is foggy after this.
12:15: I finish that bowl from earlier. This movie seems really good, and I'm catching funny parts here and there, but I feel like I'm really not focusing too well.
That's where my log ends. I vaguely remember turning the movie off and going to bed, but my girlfriend says I was coughing in the middle of the night and had to go to the living room to get my inhaler. I've had a chest cold the last few days so this is not unusual, what's unusual is don't remember this at all and I don't know if it's because I fell asleep or if I would have had the benzo amnesia even if I had stayed up through the high.
I remember like time was going by fast, like when you're drunk and having fun at a party, but it was just me sitting there watching a movie, occasionally getting up to go to the bathroom or get some water, while my girlfriend sat next to me doing homework... Also, even though I remember the night, it's oddly blurry. Again, if I were to compare to alcohol, even though the buzz was only around 3-4 beers, the recall of the night makes it feel like I had 6-7 beers.
Now here comes the weird part. Most reports say the you stop feeling any effect from the drug after 4 or 5 hours, but I still feel like I'm feeling an after glow in the anxiety relief department 16 hours later now.
All in all, I'd say it was extremely relaxing, but the memory loss is a big negative to me as far as recreational use goes. It's potential otherwise is great though.
