50mg of tramadol combined with 60mg of Arcoxia STRONGLY potentiates the opioid nod of tramadol. I was already taking tramadol with back pain, but the first time I took arcoxia with tramadol I felt confused about why I was feeling so sleepy and more painless than usual. After more trial and error I came to the conclusion that arcoxia + tramadol combined is a MUCH more effective painkiller than taken individually, and that arcoxia strongly, very strongly potentiates the relaxed, sleepy feeling I get on opioids.
It reaches the point where if I take a 120mg dose of arcoxia after the peak of tramadol, I get a second peak around half an hour later where I feel pleasantly drowsy again.
