I am currently still under a small amount of the effects of last night as I begin write this at 5:42 AM, or (T+09:22). I kept a log on my phone including my doses, the times I took them, and what substance(s) they were. I recently came into possession of a large amount of a good friend's prescription Adderall and Ritalin, and I decided to try both recreationally for the first time with my friend.

I had smoked a couple bowls in the car several hours beforehand. I'm currently on a road trip and in a hotel room in a city hours away from home, so to be safe my friend took less than me so he could function in case of an emergency. I'm a little bit reckless and can sometimes have trouble discerning when a situation (whether drugs are involved or not) is too dangerous or I should step down. I decided to play it safe and start off with 30 mg of Adderall, while my friend took 15 mg. All of the Adderall is in 5 mg pills while the Ritalin is split into 5 and 10 mg pills.

I didn't even make it the full hour before taking another 10 mg at (T+00:45), 5 minutes before I started to notice a little bit of a change. My body felt a little fuzzy, but not very much. It was personally comparable to the feeling of being mildly tipsy, but still with a clear head. At this point our pizza arrived and we had to go downstairs to get it. We interacted with several groups of people while we waited and I had brief conversations with all of them just fine. As we ate the pizza I felt the loss of appetite start to set in until I stopped eating.

After eating the pizza I was feeling it slightly more, but nowhere near "Euphoria." That's when I started to be a little reckless and decided to try mixing in some Ritalin. At (T+01:00), just an hour after my initial dose, I took 10 mg of Ritalin. After taking the Ritalin I waited another 40 minutes before taking another 10 mg of Adderall out of boredom and impatience at (T+01:40). Again, I feel like I most likely needed more of each from the beginning to really feel it. By 10:25 (T+02:05) I had taken another 15 mg each of Adderall and Ritalin. 45 minutes after that was when I felt I started to feel it more. I felt it adequately starting at about 11:10 (T+02:50), or after almost 3 hours of continuously taking multiple smaller doses.

The feeling can be best described as my body feeling fuzzy but my mind feeling "clear" and motivated. I could process the things I saw very well, so "clear" is the best word I have for it. I had a huge amount of fun talking with my friends on snapchat while my friend and I watched TV. I found I could focus on one or the other, but not both, and chose my phone. My friend confirmed he also felt like he could focus on only one thing. His description of the feeling: "It feels like if you were pouring syrup onto a waffle and the squares get full one at a time instead of all at once."

I loved the feeling of alertness. It has never been easier for me to express my thoughts vocally and in writing. I ended up having deep, heartfelt conversations with every single person I texted. The good feeling almost incentivized me to be honest, I was definitely more emotionally open during the time I designated to speaking with friends.

However, I was nowhere close to done: Half an hour after it really kicked in, I decided that while it felt nice, there was no "euphoria." I took the most at once that I did all night, 30 mg's each of both Adderall and Ritalin, washed down with a beer. This was at 11:40, and seeing as how I'm still up writing this (Now almost an hour and a half after starting this report at 5:42), I'd say this 60 mg cocktail of amphetamines and beer was the reason I was up all night. Not that I'm complaining, I've been having a blast. I've spent the rest of my night watching TV and then testing the combo as a "study drug," writing well-researched political arguments to submit to some local papers.

I'll admit, as the night went on I snuck the last of the amphetamines I took whenever my friend would go to the bathroom, taking another 10 mg of Adderall at 12:20 (T+04:00) and then another 20 mg of Ritalin at both 1:20 (T+and 2:20, as well as a beer I drank somewhere in there. I'm very happy with the results.

Exactly 5 hours after my last dose at 2:20 AM and 11 after my first (T+11:00) at 8:20 I feel sober. I personally didn't have a comedown headache, and neither did my friend.

Final Note - I also want to share that I ran the numbers and figured out the cost of the drugs I did myself if I had bought them in bulk from a pharmacy instead of getting them for free. I drank 2 beers out of a pack that cost 71 cents per beer, so just $1.42 cents of beer. Ritalin is fairly cheap for what it is, so taking 19 5mg doses at .78 cents per 5 mg would be $14.82, bringing our total for the night up to $16.44. Adderall is by far the most expensive of the 3, coming in at a whopping $7.91 per 5 mg dose. I took 105 mg of Adderall according to my log for the night which means that by myself I consumed a personally impressive $166.11 worth of Adderall. This brings the total all the way up to $183.55. That would probably my most expensive solo cost for just one night ever. It was over after 11 hours which means I payed $16.69 per hour or about 28 cents per minute. Pretty costly, but give me a few weeks at work to save up and I'll be doing it again. Be safe, guys!!
