DOSE:
  oral Monotropa uniflora (tincture)
BODY WEIGHT: 174 lb
Good Gabapentin Replacement

This is a combination of my recent experiences with Monotropa Uniflora. I have tried to make my own vinegar extract of ghost pipe I harvested myself and failed. Upon my failure I noticed a certain online shop carries proper alcoholic ghost pipe tinctures made the right way unlike my lazy half-assed attempt. This tincture was made locally too in my state so it didn't take long to arrive. It came in an eyedropper-like bottle and the high proof alcohol serum had a purplish blue tinge to it almost reminds like the color of a oldschool valium.

I put half a dropper on my tongue, It killed the pain after the 1-2 hours it takes to fully kick in, effects seem to last until I wake up the next morning no matter what time of day I take it. It supposedly affects NMDA (glutamate) receptors and GABA-A receptors and I can feel this when I take it. It feels exactly like gabapentin in large doses. It really is meant to be used as a medicine though for nerve or muscle pain or anxiety or severe insomnia and is hardly recreational.
