I was at a drum and bass festival. I didn't have any other substances in my body, was well fed and rested, took one dose in each nostril from a nasal spray, which, according to the label, should amount to a total of 42mg.

About 30 minutes into the experience I began feeling relaxed. Anxiety and other negative feelings subsided and gave way to what felt like a natural state of relaxation. I went to a very liquid and chilled drum and bass set and closed my eyes. I could feel the music more profoundly than I usually do, but didn't experience any other effects. I could also snap back into a fully functional, sober state on demand, for example when I picked up a call from my brother.

At about 2 hours in, the calming effects slowly wore off, and I was back to my normal self. I didn't experience any negative aftereffects or comedown.

After typing this, I suppose I might've taken a too low of a dose.
