Before taking it, I was depressed (seasonal affective disorder from the short days in winter; depression from the after effect of the social isolation during the covid19 pandemic; and I might be naturally inclined to become depressed).
The effect started to become noticeable after taking it for about 5 days; stronger effect at about 7 days.
The main effect is that the fuzziness in my head cleared, and I no longer had a wish to block things out. I was then able to complete a number of tasks that I had previously been unable to do --- finishing off an article I was trying to write, finishing off tidying up my house.
