Feel like there's never too many personal accounts of working recipes and experiences so here's mine.

Took about 13 seeds and toasted them, covered, on a warm pan until most popped. There was a roasty popcorn smell and a bit of smoke when I took off the lid. The seeds were now puffy and brittle. Then very gently peeled the outer husk off each seed. Put the seed meat into a coffee bean grinder and pulsed until a fine powder.

Eyeballed 10:1 seed to calcium hydroxide. So about 1/4 teaspoon of calcium hydroxide powder for 13 seeds (some were small some were big so if say this works for anywhere from 10-15 seeds but haven't tried a lower or higher ratio). Added the CaOH to the coffee bean grinder with the seeds and pulsed again until mixed well.

Poured the powder into a bowl and added enough water to make the mix pasty. 1/2-1 teaspoon. Mixed well with a silicone spatula.

Spread the mix thin on the warm pan and turned the heat on and off to keep it warm and accelerate drying. Left it on the pan until it was a brittle flaky texture and the color had turned light and nothing felt soft. Smells just like peanut butter or roasted peanuts.

Scraped everything up into a little foil dish and let sit for 48 hours, kneading the chunky powder now and then, peanut smell was almost gone in that time.

Put the chunky powder back into the coffee bean grinder and pulsed until a fine powder accumulated on the cover. Dusted it off.

Packed tepi with 1/2 teaspoon of snuff for each nostril.

Burned like all hell and forced my eyes closed. Felt immediate pressure in the head and tingliness over the entire body.

CEVs within minutes, bright Neon green and yellow rings whirring around in a huge pattern on a bright orange background eventually introducing a female presence that I could only see her torso up to her neck she was close in front of me and made of pulsating soft purple, yellow, orange energy.

Minor nausea spike but quelled with a bit of humming. Opening my eyes, everything looked like a drawing like smoothed out details and was extra sharp. Palm leaves looked oddly symmetrical and almost like Lego. Didn't spend much time with my eyes open though.

Writhed around on the floor a bit and cleared my nose.

+20:00 layed on back and played didgeridoo and danced laying down. Helped with nausea this is when it went away. Body was very hot and sweaty. Growling and snarling felt like a panther never made sounds like that before, tensing up and gripping my body all over my face back shoulders and chest. Felt sharp pain in tendons behind knees when straightening legs but stopped once they were straight.

Played handpan and sang and chanted and howled and growled dancing around it and playing at the same time and just being carried by this force. Felt and saw a warm glow over everything but when I looked at where it was coming from it went away. Then sat down and played eyes closed. Rhythms just came and went each transitioning into the other for 2 hours straight. Played in ways I never imagined (I've had the pan for 2 years) alot of chanting, throat singing, even ended up yodeling and kind of opera singing. First description that comes to mind is tribal or native sounding ceremony. But I've never practiced or been through anything like that so that's just a face value interpretation. Felt like something had possessed me and I was all for it. It was as if the dam had broke. Everything just flowed out smoothly without hesitation but very intensely. (My hands and throat are sore)

Winding down sat down with my dog and just breathed and thought about what happened. Cleaned up the snot rockets, showered, ate and slept.

Felt the slightest bit of feverish symptoms body weak eyes kind of burning very minor headache. Sinuses slightly inflamed, voice nasal. Worst part really is I completely lost my sense of smell so the house could be burning down and I wouldn't know. This happened with another snuff before and it came back in a few days.

The experience was incredible it was not what I expected but
