DOSE:
4.5 tsp oral GHB (liquid)
BODY WEIGHT: 119 lb
My first experience with GHB was this past May at a club. An international DJ was spinning and my friends scored some GHB for this special event. Typically I would use E, but due to some adverse reactions I've had in the past, I felt wary of using it again. I was really excited with anticipation, what would this be like? Everyone told me that it would kinda be like E, without all the side effects (grinding, wiggly eyes, E hangovers). It sounded great! Of course, I wasn't completely naive. A friend of mine actually O.D.'d on the stuff and had to be rushed to the club medics. Luckily, he came out of it okay.

So anyway, as the DJ came on, I took a swig out of the little bottle we had stashed. YUCK! So salty! I thought the reports said this stuff was odorless and tasteless! I had done my research on a reputable harm reduction websites, so I knew it would take a little while for the effects to kick in, just be patient. After an half hour, I took another swig. This one put me in 'The Zone'. It was like E, in that the music sounded better, clearer and I had this energy that came out of nowhere! I was happy, I was hugging my friends, I was feeling great! I took another swig about 30 minutes later, at that point it was kinda like alcohol, because now I was losing my balance, yet I still had all the good feelings from before.

At one point during my experience, I had my eyes closed, just being in the moment with the music, when this mad, loud, bass crashed out of the speakers and I literally felt like someone pushed me and I fell forward! It was insane! Dancing was next to floating, it felt so good just move! When I got home, I had no trouble falling asleep and I woke up 4 hours later, refreshed and coherent. Wow! This was a first!

The second time I did GHB wasn't nearly as wonderful. I took it at an event where the DJs weren't all that great, maybe that put me in a bad mindset. Plus I was wearing some really high platforms that hurt my feet, so I chucked them in a corner. I felt like I drank more than my first time, but this time the GHB made me very lazy and I kept finding myself nodding off. I just wanted to sleep. My eyes would close and I would be conscious that I was drifting off, so I would try and stay awake. I wonder what happened?

I'm going to another event this weekend and I'm hoping that when I dance with the Georgia Home Boy, I can have that first experience back again! Wish me luck!
