I've been on paxil for about 5 weeks now. When my friends told me that they had found some acid, i was quite sceptical of taking it while on depression medication. I came on erowid and read that the effects of the trip were diminished significantly, so i decided to trip.

I dosed around 9 PM and didnt feel anything at all for awhile. We smoked a bowl and a started to feel a little high. After awhile the effects started kicking in harder, slight visuals, the 'tripping feeling', etc...We decided to smoke one more bowl, and this is when things got crazy.

After smoking the bowl, I hit the peak of my trip. I was sitting in my friends room with all the lights off, and his blacklights on. The blacklights gave off a warm glow that extended about 2 inches of the lights in every direction. I live in a fraternity, so after i left my friends room i decided to goto my room, but i couldnt even remember where i lived, or what i was doing. I had no knowledge at all of what was going on, and after asking my friends every 5 mins for an hour, i finally realized that i would never figure out what was happening.

This was one of the most confusing trips that i've ever had, but it was also one of the most fun. I had alot of laughs, and didnt get depressed at all throughout the trip.

I hope this helps people who are thinking about tripping while on depression medication.

My experience may not be the same as anyone else's though, so i suggest starting with a small dose like i did.
