I was prescribed Trazodone a while back, and since then I have discontinued it. I recently found some of my old pills laying around, and I forgot what the experiance was like. On the bottle it says 'take 1/2 to 1 tablet before bed' so I took 1 tablet. About 20-30 minutes later, I felt as if I had been in a fight and lost. I was instantly greeted by a pounding migraine, which lasted for about 3-4 hours, and a feeling not unlike being shot up with Thorazine. I felt drunk, and very ill. I just wanted to lie down. I wasn't all that sleepy, just very dizzy and my headache was the worst. I coudnt even walk around, because just moving my head felt like someone was drilling a hole, or several holes, into my head. It was NOT AT ALL a pleasurable experience. I probably would not do it again, unless I find a good drug combination that would relieve the headache.
