1st: boiled 2 cups of water with lid on top
2nd: turned off burner and waited for water to quit boiling
3rd: added 1 tablespoon of belladonna (mine was ground leaf), let sublimate for 20 min.
4th: filtered out into two tall cups with a coffee filter rubber banded on the top of each
5th: after most of the liquid has been filtered I removed the filter and squeezed out the filter in the glass.
6th: mix each glass into one another several times, then level each glass even
7th: bottoms up

Why this dose?
I chose this dose because my friend drank 2 cups of water with ¼ cup of belladonna in it and went ape shit crazy. He just moaned a lot and walked around looking crazy. And he really doesn't remember that much. He did remember that it was too high and he wishes to never be that high again. He can't even stomach the smell of the tea now. He took off his clothes because he thought we were going somewhere. We were not going anywhere.

My experience!
I took this dose with my girlfriend and we had two baby sitters and plenty of water. We had 6 movies and the room was black light lit with a red laser on a far side of the room (moon). Another room was red with a spinning color globe. Another had a glitter ball in it. The mood was good and we drank our drinks in about an hour. It tasted like green tea. I was not nauseous at all. I did have to get up and pee a great deal, when I got there I found it hard to urinate but I did a little. I wish I had some popsicles to suck on because my mouth, throat, tongue, esophagus and every part of my breathing canal felt like dry sand. I didn't have any visuals or anything auditory happen. My vision was only slightly bent. All I really wanted to do was lay down and shut my eyes. I felt like I was taking an afternoon nap. It felt close to when I was a kid and I would fall a sleep in the back seat of a car. Nice and warm. Actually pretty warm my feet were sweating. My girlfriend said she didn't feel as comfortable. We turned in early and booth our dreams were weird and unnerving. Just plain strange.

The next day we awoke and she had blurred vision and I did not. I feel pretty good just a little weak. My mind feels comfortable, as does my body.
