I applied one 50 mcg/h patch and waited. Then waited some more. Approx. 1.5 hours later, I think I felt something. So far not too impressed with the potency.

Rumor has it you can take a hot towel, apply it to the patch to raise the temp of the jelly inside and, at risk of death of course, increase the flow. The website for duragesic will confirm this.

I attempted this, to little benefit. Aprox 5-6 hours after initial dose, I add a second 50 mcg/h. Now the train is a rollin. I feel a little nausea, but for the most part, pretty good.

Around 12 hours after first dose, I take a shower. I decide to leave one patch on and one patch is removed. The shower lasted around 30 minutes. I get out and re-apply the second patch. 20 minutes after the shower, I am vomiting in the toilet. I feel incredible. This feeling continues throughout the night into the day. I also vomit a few more times that night, virtually unable to handle anything other than cold water.

18 hours after initial dose, I remove one patch, the intensity is a little too much. 20 hours, remove the second patch, I have to work in 3 hours and it just wont quit.

I go to work, in a kitchen at 100 degrees of all places. The heat is killer and I vomit and get very dizzy. I have the worst sweats and cant keep water down, even. I leave after 3 hours.

28 hours after initial dose, I can finally keep food down. The patches, which are supposed to be good for 72 hours are empty. Pretty amazing, actually....
