I have tried several different strengths and dosages of salvia. I have been using it for about 7 months. Every other day, basically, with some abstinence a few days here and there. It is hard to describe. Still I can find words. Let me start with a few adjectives. Green, sticky, wheels, sticking prickly wheels, clowns, monsters, reptiles, dragons, aliens, hyper- dimensional, anti- gravity, body awareness, heighten senses, increased energy.

After experimenting with salvia at different strengths, smoking and using tincture. I decided what I wanted to use it for. I have been using 10X strength daily now, well I try to use it daily. The 10x produces less intense and more productive closed eye visuals, as opposed to extreme and even scary hallucinations.

I smoke it then I go jogging. It is helping me to get back to running every day. It sups me up and gives me motivation to exercise and I am getting back into shape now. This is my primary use of salvia. I have found that it induces deep breathy quite naturally, and I stretch, do some deep breathy then go jogging.

As I said, when I listed those various adjective that I have had weird hallucinations, but with the lessor strengths it is pretty much confined to closed eyes visuals surrounding the function of my body. My body becomes to me as a machine and I perceive the seemingly limitless use of myself as a machine. I become more limber and feel as if I have used a steroid. It defiantly has steroid like qualities.

I perceive my body with 360 degree radius of movement. That is I realize that I am capable of perfect movement in any direction. I feel very athletic and acrobatic. I am a wheel within a wheel within a wheel. A prickly sticky wheel traversing the dimensions.

Whenever I use salvia, I perceive an alien presence. At times I have seen aliens, of various sorts, when using the higher strengths. But also with the 10x non- standardized. But always some sense of aliens. They have spoken to me, little aliens, who seem to make up the fabric of space-time, encouraging me to delve into salvia- space. Sometimes it is just a sense that they are out there, and the world I live in, the non salvia world, is just an illusion, held together by my physical body. That if I would leave my body there is another world or dimension. Which I do happen to believe from a religious standpoint, as a side.

There is really so much to say. This is a good drug, but like any drug it can be abused, although I have seen no signs whatsoever of physical dependence. My impression is that salvia is raising the frequency of my brain waves to perceive another dimension. Not necessarily an angelic or even good one. That is why I prefer to stay in touch with my body, as a opposed to going to some other place altogether, which some have described. It also seems to stimulate parts of the brain that are not usually used, or perhaps never have been used. It seems to balance the hemispheres of the brain, and by extension brings a balance to the usual dominance in the symmetrically body. In others words, as I am right handed, when I use salvia it seems my left side is equally dominate, or balanced with my right – not just in handedness but my whole left side.

I can feel the whole of my body better. I can perceive and sense the hairs on my body, and even the movement of my eyeballs. My eyes themselves seem to focus better and with better harmony. I will continue to use salvia as it helps my health and exercise. I have purchased a few plants that are coming in the mail. And I will grow my own for such a time as when it becomes illegal.
