I took about ten seeds ground them up in a coffee grinder, then I let them sit in orange juice and a squirt of lime overnight. The next day I filtered out the most of the larger pieces seed and at 11pm chugged it down.

Damnit! The worst stomach ache of my life! Torment, hell -- torture. For hours I went back and forth from my bed to the bathroom to try to throw-up -- but I couldn't -- the pain was so intense I tried anything to distract myself from the pain. I smoked a bowl, pinched my leg, listen to music -- it got so bad I even resorted to looking at porn -- but all were in vain.

There's nothing worse than being dead tired and laying in bed with to no relief.
