I'll start by saying that I'm a pretty experienced drug user. I've experimented with MDMA (ecstasy), MDA (similar to MDMA), cocaine, alcohol, morphine, 2c-i, 2c-b, psilocybin mushrooms, LSD (acid), marijuana (daily), Cyclobenzaprine (muscle/skeletal relaxant), Ambien (sleep medication), and amphetamine. This will be my fourth time trying hydrocodone, past experiences have left me rather disappointed, though I had never taken 30mgs at one time on an empty stomach. I do have a fairly high natural tolerance to opiates as I found out in previous morphine and vicodin experiences. I should also note that I take Lexapro (an SSRI anti-depressant) daily, though I skipped todays dose as I was planning this trip. I also drank a few beers earlier today but those have long since worn off.

The setting is my bedroom, a dark, open, and drug-friendly area to say the least. I have my blacklights on, burning a peach incense, and I have some psychedelic dub music playing (typically a very chill, relaxing, and deep electronic genre).

Also note that I haven't eaten anything for a little over 5 hours.

10:00pm - Consumed four 5/500 vicodin pills for a total amount of 20mg with water.

10:15pm - Feeling a little numb and a little clammy. Nothing intense at all... nothing too note-worthy.

10:30pm - Definitely feeling something more now. My legs seem to be getting a little slower. My whole body is beginning to feel more relaxed and warm. Standing seems to hinder the high a little.

10:40pm - My eyelids are getting a little heavier and my legs more relaxed. Decide to get out two more vicodin pills (to potentially take later).

10:50pm - Getting quite a bit warmer. Not too warm, what seems like the perfect temperature even though I know it's somewhat cold in my room right now. And I get waves of euphoria and floaty feelings which are minimal but great. Typing seems easier than ever, my hands just seem to fly directly to the correct keys. I'm also chatting online with a friend right now and my mind seems a little disoriented and jumbled; Thoughts seem slow to come to mind. Decide to put in the movie American Beauty.

11:15pm - Sorta forgot about the movie through all my conversation online and when I finally looked at the screen I realized it was on the Big Lebowski DVD menu... my mind is clearly a little slow. I take that out and get the correct DVD in. At this time I also decide to take my next two pills (another 10mg hydrocodone) for a total of 30mgs. Sitting down and chilling definitely helps bring the high up... every time I stand up to walk somewhere it feels like I take a small step back in my high. Waves of euphoria become longer lasting and more intense and my legs are feeling a lot lighter now, especially when I stay still. Thoughts are a little slower yet. Comfortable would be the only way of describing my overall feeling at the moment.

11:30pm - Eyelids seem even heavier than before and my face seems a little numb, not much though. Time seems to be passing by a little slower than normal as songs seemingly drag on for twice as long as they usually would. My vision is getting a little more lazy, a little irritated from looking at the computer screen. Typing is now more difficult than usual, missing keys more often. The slow and deep vibrations from the subwoofer (a decent 10' sub) next to me feel good. I just feel like talking to anybody though at the same time, I feel like I have nothing to say at the moment. I'd guess that I've now peaked from the first 4 pills I took.

11:45pm - The high just kicked up a notch, perhaps the last two pills I took are showing their effects? Feeling lighter yet and now a constant euphoria. Even more numb and a little clammier than before. My mind is even more foggy than before, more spelling mistakes and careless errors in my typing. Still nothing overwhelming at all. It'd be tough to allow myself to be bothered by anything at the moment... except this itch on my nose which is bugging the hell outa me, probably the cause of the acetaminophen (Tylenol) in the pills. Time is only getting slower as time progresses. I'm going to try laying down for a while and see if it increases the high.

12:00am - Laying down is definitely enjoyable. Once I lay down my head goes from feeling light to heavy, as if there's pressure building up in my skull. I also noticed that every breath I take is now deeper and longer... I've probably been doing this the whole time, just didn't realize it until I laid down. The computer screen is now becoming more of a burden on my eyes as it looks overly bright. My mind seems even slower yet, though I wouldn't really describe it as slow as much as relaxed and without worry. My usual urge to smoke some marijuana at night isn't with me at all on this night. I have yet to really pay any attention to the movie I put in, just the occasional glance to see where it's at in the movie. Perhaps I've now hit the peak of the last two pills I consumed?

12:10am - Time is still becoming slower, I keep thinking that I should probably put another update on this report and look at the clock only to realize that just a few minutes have passed. The itch I mentioned earlier is a little worse and has spread but I find if I try to ignore it and resist itching that it doesn't bother me much at all. Besides all that nothing has changed too much. Still a beautiful and constant euphoria accompanied by the same numbness in my face, arms, hands, legs, the same slow and deep breathing, and a warmth throughout my body. Comfortably numb. Also decide to light a lilac incense as the last one has long since burnt out.

12:30am - Popped in the movie Donnie Darko as American Beauty wasn't keeping me too interested (probably because the music is playing over the volume of the movie). This probably won't interest me either but I figured I'd give it a shot. Took me way too long to choose a new movie to stick in, couldn't make up my mind for the life of me. I'd say the pills are wearing off slightly if I hadn't been moving around so much in the past few minutes. Going to lay down for a little bit longer, see if I can't get me back to my peak.

12:45am - The first four pills are definitely wearing off a little. I still feel quite nice but very slowly coming down; Most noticeably, less euphoria. The itching seems to have gotten a little worse, especially in my nose for some odd reason. Still uninterested in the new movie I put in, even though I turned the volume up on this one a little bit. Time is still rather slow but seems to be slowly approaching normal again. Breathing is still long and deep and the music is still relaxing and enjoyable.

1:00am - I haven't come down too much since my last report at 12:45. The only real difference is I'm now zoning out a little, not falling asleep but just sort of stopping and staring at things for short amounts of time. Typing now seems to be a little more coordinated and I still seem to be floating along with every step I take. Still feel comfortably warm all over my body and my breathing patterns haven't changed.

1:10am - I'm going to do one last report here before I play a computer game for a while. I've come down slightly more than before. I'm moving faster now and time less distorted. I've acquired a very slight pain in the side of my abdomen, possibly due to the 3,000mgs of acetaminophen that was in the pills. Though not a huge dose, I would assume that 3,000mgs could be somewhat harmful if all taken within an hour of each other.

5:30am - Over the past four hours I've practically come down all the way. I gradually came down, first the euphoria went, then the numb feeling, followed by the time distortion. The only feeling of the hydrocodone I have remaining is the heavy eyelids and a very faint floaty feeling but those are probably due to the lack of sleep more than anything else. My high definitely dropped a lot quicker due to the game I was playing as I wasn't paying nearly as much attention to the high as I was before.

Overall I'd say I had a great time, by far my best experience on hydrocodone. Nothing too intense at all, quite moderate in intensity actually but it was a very good feeling nonetheless. I wouldn't suggest doing what I did for everybody as I know taking 3,000mgs of acetaminophen in the span of an hour probably isn't the best idea... but I did my research beforehand and made sure I'd be okay. The only drawbacks in the experience were the itching and the slight pain in my stomach that only lasted a few minutes but neither were really even all that bad. Time for bed, I'll sleep like a baby tonight.
