First voyage into Amanita Muscaria

7:50 - 8:00 pm
Woke up from a brief nap that started around 7 pm. Had been awake since 8:00 am and working till 6 this evening. Last time I ate was around 2pm does not feel as if my stomach is empty. Read a lot of A. muscaria on the net and now documenting my first experience.

8:15 – 8:20pm
Ate ½ bag of a10g bag of amanita muscaria mushroom washed down with ½ glass of nestea. Ate 2 medium caps and some bits. No effects as of yet. As I ate the second cap the bigger of the two it was a bit harder to swallow, almost gagged. Scored the amanita muscaria off an entheogen kiosk at the BCMP book store. The kiosk was located at the corner of the store. It was $10 for 10 grams and he had all these other legal herbs kratom, salvia, blue lotus, Hawaiian baby wood rose seeds even peyote cactus plants for $200 each.

I ate half of the bag being my first experience with amanita muscaria I went light on the dose. This trip report is being written live. The bag I purchased was all caps with no stem about 4 med – large caps in total some bits and pieces near the bottom of the bag (b.o.b) It was a 4 inch by 4 inc zip lock baggie.. Claiming to be 10 grams I eye ball about a 5 grams dose.

Still waiting no effects as of yet. Will smoke a pinner to see if it will activate the shrooms. Drank a glass of water.

420’d . Assume there were some subtle effects from amanita muscaria but can be just from the smoke. Still not any effects from the a. muscaria.

40 mins into it. Kinda spaced out but can fully control myself.

light mellow high
slightly wavy feel as if being stoned x 2
My hands were a bit shaky can control if concentrating very hard probably the poisoning from the a. muscaria. Probably won’t be any more potent than this considering its been an hour into it.

Preparing to eat rest of bag, there are 2 med size caps and some shreads left in the bag. Seriously only feelings as if I was just stoned off some killer nugs.

Here is the intensity level, my typing skills are not affected at all. This is being written real time at the date of occurance.

Friend just called, Got friends coming by. Now planning to just do the shrooms and not let them in on the fact that I am on this stuff and chill.

2nd dose cancelled, going to save the half bag and try it on an empty stomach probably tomorrow couple hours after I wake up. Trip Progress into the night will continue even though 2nd dose has been cancelled.

10:30pm-2:30am
Subtle effects gained from amanita muscaria are no longer present around 10:30-11pm. Drank beer, puffed some more.

3:00am
there were definitely some entheogenic encounters but only in a subtle light way. Maybe its my first trip and I did not let my self get into the zone. Perhaps during the 30-60 minute mark I should of lay down and closed my eyes and entered the vortex of amanita muscaria. There was that feeling it would have taken me somewhere else only if I was more relaxed. Overall there was no nausea or any negative physical feelings. Will try again probably hitting 20 gram + .
