Normally I don't mess around with pills. I normally only smoke weed. But one day, a friend offered me some Ritalin. Now I knew what it was, and to tell the truth I was curious. So he came on over to my house with a bottle of 40MG capsules. I took two of them orally (I don't like the thought of snorting stuff) and withing 10 minutes I felt pretty good. My friend left the bottle and I took 1 more for good measure. My dosage had grown from 80 MG to 120 MG.

I got on my instant messaging program and started to talk to my girlfriend. I suddenly felt very emotional. Kinda, mushy 'I wanna tell you how I feel' emotional. By this time I was feeling great. I felt smarter, nicer and generally a better person. The waves of emotion kept coming for another few hours, I started to feel it fading away.

The high lasted somewhere between 4-6 hours, but nothing could prepare me for what was coming up. Like I said, my 'drug' of choice is marijuana, and I've never taken any other kinds. I had no idea that there was a comedown involved. For the next 24 sleepless hours I was the most depressed I've ever been. It felt horrible. Worst feeling I ever felt. I eventually had to buy some weed to fall asleep.

In short, the high is great, but its not worth 15+ hours of depression and insomnia.
