The Deceptive Lomotil

I have previous experience with opiates. In High School I experimented with vicodin, percocet, codeine w/ promethazine, so on and so on. Anyways, I'm over that stage in my life, and all grown up. I came down with a bacterial infection, which came with a 102 fever, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, nauseau, the works. I was prescribed Vicodin ES (7.5mg/750mg), Lomotil (2.5mg), and promethazine (50mg).

I took the vicodins more than I should have, and when I was done with the prescription, started noticing weak withdrawal symptoms, although weak, were still uncomfortable. I decided to take 2 lomotils for the diarrhea from the opiate withdrawal. I hadn't taken any before since I figured they wouldn't do anything to me. One hour after I took them I started feeling 100% better, as if I took some vics.

After using the THC, I felt wonderful, and enjoyed my brief moment of euphoria.
