Although I am an avid psychedelic user, I had never heard of 2 C-I until a friend offered it up to me on a Wednesday night. After doing some research online, I figured it would be a new, interesting experience, so three of my friends and I took 20 mg each in our apartment. I had just eaten a large meal, so my trip took longer to hit than the others. I had also been slightly nauseas earlier in the day.

It was fascinating watching them for a while. I could see them becoming more and more introspective, then they mentioned feeling nauseas.

It finally hit me as well and I doubled up pain because of my stomach. I was certain that I couldn’t move from the couch. I was so consumed with the desire to vomit that I hadn’t noticed the patterns emerging around me. The visuals were much like acid or mushrooms but more colorful. The blue light from the DVD player illuminated one wall and mixed with the red light from the smoke detector.

At this point there were tracers on everything. One of my friends attempted to do a light show with laser pointers, but it was just as interesting to move our arms around in the air and watch the trails they left.

With considerable difficulty, I managed to get up and walk outside for a cigarette. The nausea was coming in waves so violent that I had to stop moving, close my eyes, and breathe deeply for a good thirty seconds before I could move on. None of my companions were experiencing this.

Going outside was a great decision. My friend and I watched the colors of the lights on passing planes, streetlights, cars, Christmas decorations. The cold December air was almost painful, but refreshing. The trip went on like this for the next eight hours or so. I was still nauseas the next morning and had trouble breathing properly for a few hours of the trip.

Overall, 2 C-I is an interesting drug to try but I would not do it again. The visuals were great but the physical side effects were too uncomfortable for the drug to be worth it.
