I've had a lot of experience with magic mushrooms before, but this was my first time with Amanitas. After researching them I ordered an ounce of caps--I must have looked like a kid on Christmas morning when they arrived. I started out with 1/8. Two hours later I was feeling a bit of a body buzz, but wasn't feeling how I wanted to. Two hours later I still wasn't feeling it, so I just ate the rest of bag I had left. 2.5 hours later I still wasn't feeling it--then I puked half of them back up and then they really kicked in.

I looked in the mirror and was able to focus differently than normal. I could look 'into' myself and 'through' myself. Later I was looking at the TV, and I swear I was 'interfacing' with the people in it...

Then I went to my room to listen to some mp3's. The text on my computer monitor was popping out in 3D--I could feel the music all around me--then my room started warping around, breathing...it all started becoming a little too much so I went to sleep.

As soon as I drifted off I snapped back into consciousness--my room was my room, but not my room...I wasn't sure if I was awake or having some kind of OBE, so I went to the mirror to find out. My reflection seemed normal, but I still wasn't convinced. So I tried to poke my finger through the mirror, sure enough it went through.

I went around the rest of my house to see how accurately my trip was emulating reality--it was 100%. My brother was in the living room, I told him we were in a dream but he didn't buy it. So I took him to a mirror to prove it to him...I stuck my hand though the mirror, then jumped through. I should have just stuck my head through to see what was on the other side--after going through the mirror I lost consciousness, and woke up in my bed 12 hours later.

An ounce was a little excessive...letters were moving for the next month. On subsequent trips I had surprising outcomes with as little as a gram of the yellow dust in the bottom of the bag.
