  inhaled Mugwort (fresh)
BODY WEIGHT: 135 lb
I was recently on a field trip and some of my friends told me that the invasive species, mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) can enhance dreaming if rubbed onto or placed underneath one's pillow. Of course I picked some and proceeded to rub the oils onto my pillow before bed and placed the leaves under my pillow just for good measure.

I can't be sure if this was a direct effect of the mugwort but that night I dreamed in a way I never had before
that night I dreamed in a way I never had before
. For me, whenever I go to sleep under the influence of anything, that experience continues into my dream (for example if I go to bed high I will be high in my dream). In this dream, I remember it being as if I were on mushrooms. I would be walking around a room and shapes would suddenly swirl and distort. In the dream I would also close my eyes (this could be a result of the 'lucid dreaming' properties of this herb) and I would see shapes and colors move around, exactly like my last mushroom experience.

Maybe its coincidental but since washing my pillow I haven't had another dream like that, and I had never had a dream like that before so who knows for sure?
