DXM and Seroquel do not mix well! I am prescribed Seroquel for insomnia so I take it on a regular basis at night. I do not sleep after a DXM trip for a long time usually so I always try to take Seroquel to help me sleep after it. Just remember DXM stays in one's system for a while even after one comes down. Normally if I mix the two, whether I am tripping or am coming down and in that kind of awkward stage where you don't feel high but you just feel stupid, I always tend to be wide awake all night and experience open and closed-eye visuals. Some may think it sounds cool but trust me it is NOT pleasurable and it can be scary at times. I have hallucinated on it as well. There is a report online about someone getting 'high' off Seroquel and experiencing heavy feet, etc and that is basically the exact trip I experienced.
