0.5 g smoked Products - Spice-Like Smoking Blends (plant material)
BODY WEIGHT: 175 lb
I have been using psychoactive substances for at least 20 years and have experience in almost all types of chemicals. I am a daily marijuana smoker and my supplier recently ran out temporarily, so a friend who owns a local head shop mentioned that he had these semi-legal herbs that were selling really well. It was [a brand] with many different strains and flavors. His best seller was called Brain Freeze.

After talking to a few freinds about it I decided to give it a try. The back of the package claims it is NOT a sythetic cannabanoid, and lists the ingredients which are not in there. Most of the list contained the synthetics, such as JWH-018, or HU-110. It didn't say exactly what these plants were, or if there was something sprayed on them. This is really unfortunate as I really like to know what it is I'm ingesting, as I have had many bad pills in the past that were sold as other substances, and I don't care for the surprise. Also it makes it harder to classify.

The plant itself looked like catnip, but smelled like tea. I started out smoking a very small amount in a small pipe. It first had a taste almost similar to PCP and it was rather harsh smoke. After the first hit, it took a minute or two before feeling the effect, but I started feeling lightheaded and dizzy. It wasn't unpleasant, but it definately wasn't a marijuana feeling.

After about 15 minutes I decided to do more, so I took 2 rather large hits from a water pipe, and immediately had to sit down. Actually lie down. I went into a catatonic state much like a k-hole when doing too much ketamine. This lasted intensely for about 15 minutes. My heart was beating very rapidly and I could easily see how someone could panic on this. I didn't have an out of body experience as I have on K. This eventualy wore off after about two hours, but with a light headache.

This is not a marijuana replacement, it feels more like a diassociative anesthetic. I will not be smoking this stuff anytime soon, and it does say on the package not for human consumption.
