I had the chance to test quite a few of the synthetic cannabinoid being synthetised these last years (JWH-018,73,200,.....
All in all, JWH-018 taken properly (know the amount you ingest!) was just perfect (especially due to the short duration of action, perfect for the noon stone during working day).
For some time time I have been aware of the potent HU-210 cannabinoid, which in contrast to other synthetic cannabinoids, is extremely close to the chemical structure of THC. The only difference being its potentness and ability to bind definitively to the CB1 and CB2 receptors.
I wasn't able to find much information on human testing for this compound and being the serviable kind, I decided to give it a go.
Approximately 400 micrograms of the HU-210 dissolved in methanol was sprayed on some tobacco. Let it dry for a few minutes then roll the joint. Settings were at home, free afternoon, no obligation before the next day. Relaxed, good music (Marvin Gaye, Lee Scratch Perry Super Ape for whoever cares).
Sitting on my balcony, I started to smoky my spliff, halfway through the joint for whatever reason I decided to stop toking and get some rest on my couch listening music. I didn't really feel bad, just not used anymore to smoke tobacco. Anyway retrospectively, it was such a wise move.
After 30 minutes on my couch, I was still wondering if I was feeling any effect of the HU-210 or only the tobacco nausea I get when I didn't smoke for a long time.

Finally I stood up and then it hit me, I was really impaired, I needed to lay down, completely unable to stay upwards, just able to lay down and let go. For the next 5 hours, I was just unable to move, just shivering under my blanket. More or less some kind of narcotic stone, with such a terrible cotton mouth I couldn't even talk. Effect were more or less like other cannabinoids but strongly sedated, so not much to tell.
The mostly terrifying part of the experience was for the next 2-3 days after the intake, even if was I was able to function to some point, I really believed that I had seriously altered my CB1 receptors. I would call the state of mind like 'abliss'. Like living without your cannabinoid receptors is not such a smart idea. Felt like being trapped inside myself, with strange echoing of external sounds and a general sensation of despair (to make a literary comparison, felt like in the middle of 'the road' from Cormack Maccarthy).
Anyway, thanks to my body rebuilding its neuronal parts, the effects totally vanished after more or less 5 days.
So,I wouldn't retest this compound for any reason, just stay to your homegrown.
