DOSE: T+ 0:00 |
8 oz | oral | Smarts - Phenibut |
T+ 2:15 | 5 oz | oral | Alcohol - Hard |
BODY WEIGHT: | 180 lb |
Day1, 09:45pm - Drank about 5oz of 80 proof vodka
Day1, 10:00pm - feeling mildly drunk and pretty relaxed
Day1, 11:30pm - feeling very tired and somewhat dizzy
Day2, 12:30am - having abstract thoughts and feeling extremely tired. I fell asleep sitting in a chair at a computer.
Day2, 8:00am - woke up in my bed and puked a bit. Felt hungover. still very tired, more abstract thoughts.
Day2, 12:00pm - Puked again. Still feeling hungover and very tired. Having a hard time staying awake while using the computer. Feelings fade a bit towards the end of the day.
Day3 - Still mild tiredness, the feeling subsides by afternoon.
To conclude, this was a bad experience. For recreational use I would take smaller amounts of phenibut (4 grams or less) with larger amounts of alcohol.
