This is a very cute little comic-style booklet with no author, publisher, or publication date. It seems to have been published in 2012 or early 2013. We purchased ours in Chicago in October 2013 at a small bookstore. Here's an example page from the booklet:An Erowid friend pointed out that this DMT book is the work of John Campbell who produced "sad pictures for children" and then ran a Kickstarter campaign that was wildly successful, receiving $51,616 after setting a goal of $8,000. One of his "pledge levels" had this as the perk: "copies of both books signed and drawn in, prints, and i will get some dmt, "do" the dmt, then make a comic about it and send you the originals". Apparently this DMT book is the product resulting from folks donating to support his 'sad pictures for children' book. The story is surprisingly curious: See Kickstarter Fail: John Campbell Burns Comics Rather Than Sending Them To Donors.
