To commemorate the 60th anniversary of discovering the psychoactive properties of LSD and in honor of the discoverer Albert Hofmann the publishers arranged the art exhibition Psychonautical Map 2 in Zürich/Switzerland in April 2003.

More than 60 artists from all over the world were invited to participate. The interesting compilation of individual works and artists reflect a spirited network of marvelous art production. Various domains of art and forms of expression draw a bow through colorful and detached universes and try to give the viewer an understanding of diverse variations and possibilities of psychonautical art.

This catalog introduces most of the works exhibited in Psychonautical Map 2, including those of Hermann de Vries, Robert Venosa, Martina Hoffmann, Walter Wegmüller, Kurt Haas, Radovan Hirsl, Nana Nauwald, Nadia Honarchian, Bruno Weber, Luke Brown, Wolfgang Maria Ohlhäuser, H.R. Giger, Fred Weidmann, Claude Steiner, Gerhard Seyfried, Tina Zimmermann and many other artists.

Texts in English and German by Claudia Müller-Ebeling, Wolfgang Sterneck, Albert Hofmann, Hans Plomp and other autors enrich this catalog with fundamental statements on culture and background of the marvelous and psychonautical art.
